In this six week program you will learn to design, inspire and act on a community project that meets local needs and hopes, engage others and aligns to your passion, strengths and lifestyle now. Through Change Agent Project Plan you will have the tools, knowledge, peer support and direction to build your community.
What you are going to learn
This program attempts to fill the knowledge and confidence gaps that everyday people may experience in bringing a community project alive or growing a project they have ignited.
Each week, over six weeks, you will learn to apply the six key simple-to-understand steps to design, inspire and act on a community project or improve your existing project.
Gain greater clarity of your strengths and how to use them (regardless of experience) to make a real difference and grow your confidence
Understand the real problem you want to address and the possible project that will not only benefit your community but align to your strengths and passions
Work out the best team to bring your project alive or who else you need to join
Align your project to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and be a part of a global movement acting locally
Define project goals, and how to plan, monitor and ensure your community project is successful
Understand and communicate your project’s impact so that you get support
