Best practical strategic leadership, organisational and community education.

Change Agent Academy

Change Agent Academy is a community building, leadership and education social enterprise, where 100% of profits are reinvested in the organisation to make a greater local, national, and global impact for people and the planet.

At Change Agent Academy we grow community building to make a greater social and environmental impact in three ways:

1) educating volunteer leaders in governance or creating community projects to fulfil social or environmental goals
2) educating Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprises staff in growth and improving community programs
3) empowering local people to plan and activate community projects they believe in.

These people are agents of change. What is agency? It is an action, human will and the power to change things with creativity. Collective agency is acting together for a common purpose.

When each person brings their own gifts, ideas and passion together, big shifts happen! We create and promote opportunities to bring people and organisations together to think, learn and act as change agents for a better world.
