Who we are
Change Agent Academy is a community building, leadership and education social enterprise, where 100% of profits are reinvested in the organisation to make a greater local, national, and global impact for people and the planet.
At Change Agent Academy we grow agents of change in making a greater social and environmental impact by:
Educating volunteer leaders in governance or creating community projects to fulfil social or environmental goals.
Educating Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprises staff in improving services and sustainable growth.
Empowering local people to plan and activate community projects they believe in.
Empowering businesses to create meaningful community impact while growing their businesses.
So what is agency? It is an action, human will and the power to change things with creativity. Collective agency is acting together for a common purpose.
When each person brings their own gifts, joy and passion together, big shifts happen! We create and promote opportunities to bring people and organisations together to think, learn and act as change agents for a better world.
